We need nature to feel whole.” Taking a daily walk “offers a dose of the best medicine,” says Gladstar. “Get out in the woods if you can, but even a city park will do the trick — anywhere there’s earth and sky and plants and maybe a little water. Let the wind wash your troubles away. You’ll feel great. Your soul will eat it up.”
