MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with your Now & Zen product you may return it within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full refund less shipping and handling. Product must be in its original condition, with original packing materials, double-boxed (with ample filler) and shipped freight prepaid. Please include proof of purchase and reason for return.

A Return Authorization Number must accompany all returns.

LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Now & Zen warrants all of our products against any manufacturer defects which are due to faulty materials or workmanship for a one-year period after the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident or misuse.

If the product should become defective within the warranty period, Now & Zen will repair or elect to replace free of charge, including free return shipping and handling (UPS Ground), provided the product under warranty is delivered prepaid to: Now & Zen at 743 Pine St., Boulder, CO 80302, USA.
